To receive your tickets, please register in the app. To do this, simply:
Open the app and click 'Sign Up'
Enter your details, then click 'Sign Up'
When you receive the 'Verify your email' email, click the link
You will then be able to log in, using the details you entered to register, and receive your tickets.
